Totally rubbish waste of time and money spending time with this app

It’s not clear how to use and too many templates but it’s so difficult to find how to make my original way.I spent so much time to find how to use this apps but failed. Such a waste of time and money with this and very disappointed.

Hi there, If you’d like to start a new project from scratch, simply tap the "+" icon located at the centre of the bottom toolbar on the app’s homepage. After selecting your preferred aspect ratio and template type, you can start editing right away. If you have any further concerns, please tap the Settings button in the top-right corner of the app homepage → use the "Feedback" option in the in-app Settings to send us more details about the issue along with any relevant screenshots. We’re happy to help! 😊

When you click on text, it is not possible to select a text. It moves to the second list. There is an error. It is not possible to select a text for writing. The movement is random

Hello, If you would like to select a specific layer in a template, such as editing a particular text box, you can click the "Layer" button located to the left of the export button in the top-right corner of the editing room. Clicking this button will expand all the layers within the template, allowing you to choose the one you wish to edit without accidentally selecting other layers. Doesn’t work

Magic AI design options just doesn’t work. Waste of time.

Not for casual use

Several reviews said this is a great easy to use app for invitation templates. I think it's more for experienced media savvy professional use.

app crashing

I pay for the app and every time I try to open any videos on my phone, the app crashes and completely closes. It stopped functioning at all, even after updating

New update causing issues

I have really enjoyed using Promeo, however there was a new update today, and now every time I try to replace the background, and I search for the topic I want, I can’t try out the background and X it out and go right back to the search, I have to start all over again from scratch every time. I have to go right back to replace background and then search what I was searching before. I really find this a lot of extra work! I try 20 or 30 backgrounds before I decide on one, and I have to re-search it from scratch for every single one I want to try. Not sure if this is making sense, but the old version allowed you to search let’s say Unsplash for a background, for example “travel”, click on one to try it and see what it looks like as your background, and if you weren’t happy with it you could X it out and you’d be right back on the search page where you left off so you could try another one! I hope they bring that capability back!
