Won’t pick up garbage and garbage customer service in response….
Pickup was supposed to start this last Wednesday, they didn’t pickup my trash… put a missed pickup report and they sent an automated message saying we where on the schedule for pickup the next day…. Got home and trash still untouched… put in another missed report and for the same automated response… today came and went, I get home and I have a full can of garbage that is untouched waiting for me to deal with over the weekend…. Unacceptable…. Customer service is not helping…. Great way to start service, if they don’t make this right Monday then I’ll make sure everyone in my area knows about this…. Totally garbage garbage service so far, I had such high hopes and now I’m just furious…..
