Incredibly Unfair
This is perhaps one of the worst casino apps I’ve ever played on. Horrible free play. Incredibly low ROI settings on their games. This app is closer to theft than gambling.Biff M
My 1st ever review in LIFE!!!!
So, I am playing the game Golden Wins (bonus round) spin 12 of 20 I have a total of 24$ so far and then boom, game crashes. I wait, I turn my phone I deleted and reload the app everything imaginable, still nothing. I send them a chat blah blah blah they apologize and tell me it could take 3days for a response. 3days pass and then 7 days and then 2wks finally I get a response, I was told I was credited 26$ and some cents. I’m saying I never got confirmation from the game provider. I was left to take the word of the folks at PLAYLIVE! I screen recorded my dialogue with each representative over the two week span. If you HAD to warn people away from a dishonest app how would do it? Don’t think I’m some disgruntled patron that’s mad because he lost to a casino app, because nothing could be farther from the truth… matter of fact I turned a $40 spin into 12.5k over 6 hours on here… sounds awesome right? Nope. You’ll NEVER SEE THE MONEY! I tried to withdraw to PayPal, the Play+ instant payout option, even Cash at the Cage! They blocked every withdrawal. I spent 4 HOURS on chat with customer service and jumped through all their phony identity verification crap and uploaded multiple selfies with multiple government issues forms of ID and STILL they wouldn’t release any money. ZERO dollars. They’ve got the worst reps I’ve ever had to deal with. I gambled over $900,000 dollars with them in the last 3 weeks and attempted over ELEVEN withdrawals totaling around TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS… And everytime I was stonewalled and given the runaround and excuses on why they wouldn’t let go of my money. I eventually gave up and had to treat the tens of thousands of dollars in winnings like fake casino play money because I was never going to see it. And I have a private VIP host at their casino!! Their online gambling is a total hoax. Believe me when I say there’s nothing worse than thinking you hit it big just to get slow played by the shady casino until you’re pulling your hair out. One minute I login just fine the next it tells me my password is incorrect. It allows me to reuse the same exact password when I reset it.Racha3l13
Good promos, quick payouts
I’m a big fan of the Live casino app. They have some of my favorite games and rarely run into any issues. Note: you must optin their promos or they won’t be rewarded. I do wish they did promos more regularly, but the intro and occasional ones they send me have all been good and usually 5-10X playthrough so it doesn’t just eat up all the bonus every time like some sites.Show lesscrebardo

Worst Casino App of all-time
I received an email with an offer to deposit $10 and receive a $40 bonus for a first time deposit. I clicked on the banner and made a $10 deposit. I didn’t receive the bonus. I contacted support in which I was informed I had to opt-in first. I assumed clicking on the banner in the email would be good enough. Most casinos customer support would say I see what you’re trying to do and honor the bonus. Nope. Not Live. When I told them I would be deleting the app the response was ok, have a nice day. Not a way to endear yourself to a potential new customer with lots of competing casino apps with excellent customer support.Show less21 8
