The chart image submission tool now automatically saves the chart on your device if there is no network connectivity. Once network connectivity is established, the submitted chart(s) will be sent automatically. You can view all chart(s) waiting to be submitted, as well as delete the submission if you choose. A notification badge with the total number of charts pending will be displayed on the main app icon and on the chart submission button on the home screen to alert you that there are charts waiting to be sent to R. L. Laughlin.

Description of RLLCO Field Services

R. L. Laughlin has been providing quality gas measurement services since 1970. With our Field Services application, we have set the bar even higher. Our app provides customers with the ability to view meter information at the tip of your finger. Not only do we show the most up-to-date information about your meter, we show all the past history of your meter as well. On top of meter data, we also display chart integration volumes as well as a detailed breakdown of differential, pressure, temperature, MCF, and much more. With each volume, we provide the ability to view the chart image. RLLCO Field Services app provides other features such as submitting chart dates, submitting change reports, requesting meter tests, submitting pumper estimates, house gas submissions, using GPS coordinates for meter directions, and an orifice calculator.
