Hi viney8181, Our drivers and subcontractors are the most valuable partner for Ulala Tech and we have been doing our best to serve them. There are few things we would like to get your further information for us to investigate 1. What would be your driverId and your fleetId? 2. When did you or your friends work with us? How many parcels have you and your friends delivered? How much delayed payment that we are talking about here? 3. In all those years, Ulala has been trying our best to make sure all the drivers/contractors get paid in 3 business days after each payment term ends. Do you have a settlement file for your payment? Which contractor exactly that you are referring to? 4. Your comment has two parts, the first part we shall need your further detailed info to investigate. The second part regarding our warehouse is a public information and we don't understand why it is included in the comment. Please kindly have all the information you have shared with support@ulala.ca, or if you will, share the information directly in this public review. Although we do believe you might have a point. Yet we want to point out that in our payment history, all the contractors and drivers got paid based on the time window listed above. If you could not provide further information to support your accusation, we shall consider this as a paid/defamation post and we reserve the right to pursue further legal action and litigation if necessary.
