Not Good Since Rogers Took Over

Everything was great with Shaw. The absolute best service and customer service I had. Now, with Rogers in charge it has gone from first to worst. Very sad that the government allows such things to happen.

Useless. Don’t waste your time.

The app doesn’t let me sign in anymore. Seems that it’s a common occurrence for around 6 years or perhaps more from reading some reviews here. How come the company can overcharge and make a lot of money from every single costumer and still have a terrible app.

Sign in is broken

Just installed the app when I was prompted while using the Home Connect app. I’m unable to sign in to this app because SMS MFA is required and when I put the app into the paused state to look at the code I received then return to the app, the entire UI turns black and I obviously can’t do anything from there. I’d still be able to work around the issue if autofill SMS OTP was implemented, but it’s not so the app is currently useless to anybody who isn’t already signed in 🤷🏻‍♂️
