I’ve been scheduling pickups for the past 3 months and they keep getting pushed back. My last one was scheduled for this week. Morning of they confirmed they’d be here between 8-5. That’s great. We got up early, tagged the bags and put them out. We waited all day. I continued to check the app and it still said between 8-5. Cool. 3:30 came and I checked the app again and it said pickup scheduled for October 10th, a month later. We are moving out of our place October 1st. That is no good to me. I contacted customer support. They said they have no drivers here and that my pickup should have never been scheduled. Why allow me to request pickup in an area with no drivers? I’m beyond disappointed at this point. Scheduling for months on end and not even an email saying they have no drivers. Unbelievable. I will never try this service again. If I could rate zero stars I would. We waited around all day with almost 30 bags for not even an email notification till almost 5 hours after pickup time started.
