While the app could read my ID, it couldn’t detect the place of birth (POB). The only way to get helped is thru the customer service. First contact was initiated mid July and an answer was received within 48 hours. The answer was asking to email my POB which was emailed on July 16. Since then and despite 4 follow up emails spanning through August, not a peep from the customer service and the app was still showing that the POB was missing. Early September, my account was deleted by Yris without a single notification. A simple follow up from the customer service would have been very much appreciated.
