Pretty poor support
I could not connect for weeks blocking access to websites. No support from Yris.Pg73410
Disastrous Customer Service
While the app could read my ID, it couldn’t detect the place of birth (POB). The only way to get helped is thru the customer service. First contact was initiated mid July and an answer was received within 48 hours. The answer was asking to email my POB which was emailed on July 16. Since then and despite 4 follow up emails spanning through August, not a peep from the customer service and the app was still showing that the POB was missing. Early September, my account was deleted by Yris without a single notification. A simple follow up from the customer service would have been very much appreciated.Show lessGee914!

Ne fonctionne pas
Comme la plupart des services publiques, ça ne fonctionne pas. Après avoir mis le PIN rien ne se passe dans France Connect et donc impossible de pouvoir faire une procuration donc je ne voterai malheureusement pas aux élections alors que c’est un droit en France!Jamesdu71
Circulez y’a rien à voir
Pas de SMS pour un résident du Québec, donc 1 étoile (pas possible de mettre 0 étoile malheureusement) pour une app si inutile. Aussi broche à foin que le reste de l’e-administration française encore scotchée au XXème siècle.
Le contribuable est toujours heureux de voir comment ses impôts sont utilisés.Show lessStentorignoze

Doesn’t work
After creating an account it worked only once. After that the app said the PIN was wrong. Creating an new account failed after setting a new PIN. The error message said contact ______ ____. The link lead to a form on Yris.eu. This form generated an email saying that due to large number of emails the response time is longer. Disappointing for an app that is required to use FranceConnect.Show lessJobella8

After setting up the app it worked one time with FranceConnect.
After that one connection there was an error that the PIN was incorrect. After that it was impossible to create a new account. The cell phone verification worked but the PIN set fails.Frustrated209

Comme déjà écrit par plusieurs utilisateurs, le sms de vérification n’arrive pas sur le numéro canadien. Comment fait-on puisque seule possibili d’utiliser France Connect de l’étranger. On peut faire nos demandes de passeport en ligne mais faut se servir de France Connect pour se servir de France Connect faut passer par votre appli qui ne fonctionne pas.
