  • Impossible to set up

    After trying on 3 separate days, total of over 3 hours, it just always fails after the facial scan “connecting to server” then tells you to start the long process all over again. Incredibly frustrating.
  • Did not work

    Tried for over an hour, with two different ID documents. Scans were accepted at first by the phone, but ultimately rejected each time without telling me what the problem was.
  • No UX testing

    This product clearly has not been tested by professional user experience researchers. The user flows are completely flawed and unhelpful and leave you without any idea of what is happening and no way to reset or restart the process.

    I don’t know how this happens but I suspect the culprit is a product management team who aren’t testing properly.

    The app is also plagued by the same dreadful document scanning feature that made the previous app so unusable. Why does this keep happening? The French state needs to stop outsourcing app development to external suppliers who have no talent.

    Does not work at all and keeps refreshing. I’ve spent over 20 minutes trying to get my info and no use.

    Cest problematique pour lutilisation des sites du service publique francais…. quand aucune autre facon ne fonctionne et le seul potentiel n’envoie pas le sms de confirmation….
  • Why does this exist?

    I understand the need for identification, but they’ve made this app unnecessary complicated and don’t seem to have even gotten the basics right.
    I just want to be able to identify myself, I don’t need a randomised numberpad or unnecessarily complicated scanning process (that doesn’t recognised the document, and provides vague instructions).
    Would also be nice if it didn’t advertise itself as ‘taking 5min’ when I’ve been waiting for over 3hrs.

  • Not easy to sign up!

    Might be good, but the process to sign up is very complex. I had to try 3 times to go through. Unnecessary tricky!
