Bloody useless
However, it frequently “moves” the garden in its memory, leading to the mower getting stuck.
There are no notifications to the phone, so you don’t know when it’s stuck, then the battery of the mower runs out and it has to be charged again.
The mower stops in the garden for no reason? And once again, the battery runs out.
You can’t alter the perimeter in the app, you have to start the whole registration process again.
The accuracy of the edge cutting isn’t a few centimetres, it’s 20cm at best.
Most of what is advertised either doesn’t work, or is coming “in the next update”
I have had 2 updates to both soft and firmware so far, and it’s still as unreliable as it was when first installed.
I’m probably going to return it as not fit for purpose.

Vastly improved
App needs serious work
Another thing is the connectivity the app takes forever to issue any command and most of the time it doesn’t work. There’s too many glitches and connectivity issues for it to be used for a product especially at the cost of the new robots. If I can’t get it working soon I feel sorry for the man that sold me this.

I can’t see the programmable charging schedule feature
The app freezes if you try to add a maintenance action
During the last session I was asked to recalibrate (after firmware updates on the machine) the “Back to garage” message pop up displayed all the time and wouldn’t go away when I pressed OK. I had to force close the app.
Sessions are recorded multiple times, conceivably adding to the total and making the machine look more used than it is
Not all the Service agents listed are authorised to perform warranty work
