Now works quite well

I have used this app with my mower for over a year. Whilst it wasn’t very good at first they have worked hard on it and I now think it’s great.

Excellent product

Machine and app both work flawlessly now it has been installed correctly

Bloody useless

When the mower works, it’s great.
However, it frequently “moves” the garden in its memory, leading to the mower getting stuck.
There are no notifications to the phone, so you don’t know when it’s stuck, then the battery of the mower runs out and it has to be charged again.
The mower stops in the garden for no reason? And once again, the battery runs out.
You can’t alter the perimeter in the app, you have to start the whole registration process again.
The accuracy of the edge cutting isn’t a few centimetres, it’s 20cm at best.
Most of what is advertised either doesn’t work, or is coming “in the next update”
I have had 2 updates to both soft and firmware so far, and it’s still as unreliable as it was when first installed.
I’m probably going to return it as not fit for purpose.

Would love to use it

But the device page opens with a Stiga loader across the entire screen that just never goes away…

Vastly improved

App is now effective for normal setup and use. Looking forward to development particularly around adjustments to perimeter.

App needs serious work

Honestly when it works it’s great but for iOS it’s completely useless. The robots aren’t cheap and when you can’t set them up properly what’s the point, one minute it’s connected the next it can’t find it and when it does find it and you start mapping out the garden it won’t run the perimeter or run the docking path you have to constantly close the app down which is ridiculous!
Another thing is the connectivity the app takes forever to issue any command and most of the time it doesn’t work. There’s too many glitches and connectivity issues for it to be used for a product especially at the cost of the new robots. If I can’t get it working soon I feel sorry for the man that sold me this.

Hopeless - Needs Work!!!

The following need fixing (at least):
I can’t see the programmable charging schedule feature
The app freezes if you try to add a maintenance action
During the last session I was asked to recalibrate (after firmware updates on the machine) the “Back to garage” message pop up displayed all the time and wouldn’t go away when I pressed OK. I had to force close the app.
Sessions are recorded multiple times, conceivably adding to the total and making the machine look more used than it is
Not all the Service agents listed are authorised to perform warranty work

Sign up process faulty

Cant’t get past the account creation screen as says my email address in not valid. Works everywhere else.

Hopeless!

In its current incarnation, this app is absolutely pointless. Unreliable connection to machine, disconnects every time to get off the mower, fails to accurately record run-time (frankly the only real point of it) and incomprehensible help menus. Bring back an old analogue hours counter on the machine and ditch this obsession with ‘smart’ connectivity to things your standing next to/sitting on!!

Potential

App has great potential, and it did recognise my tractor via Bluetooth, but I can’t get any further as the registration page says “failed” when I try to register.

The concept of this app is good, but the basics don’t work.
