  • Forced to use this new app.

    Company has an acceptable app for years. Forced everyone to switch to this app. Now it gives problems every day. Non of the employees like it. Logged us out every day. Take long times to load dispatches, parts, customers and histories. Make me want to go back to paper invoices.
  • Bad

    This app is the biggest hunk of junk. If I wasn’t required to use it by my employer I wouldn’t. The app is constantly crashing. Almost daily I need to uninstall and reinstall just to access my calls. Even then, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t always work. This really slows down my day. The performance and of this “app” slows down taking payments and recording information. I’d give this a 0 star review if it were an option.
  • Horrible

    This app is absolutely terrible. I don’t understand how these people are still in business. No update and 2+ years. I would rather handwrite tickets, then use this garbage but I have no choice. Too bad you can’t give zero stars because I would. Don’t understand how this business is still in business for how horrible this product is.
  • App is trash

    comparing it to ServiceTitan, it’s no contest. I’m going back to the old app until FE steps their game up.
  • Not good at all

    Over 50 employees having loading problems errors and crashes all the time, in order for the app to work, we have to delete it reinstall, re-sign in and it works for a couple of days. The old version still works fine.
  • TERRIBLE!

    Loses notes, half of the time my dispatches won’t show up. I’ll log into jobs, but our corporate office can’t see that I’m working. This app has been a constant headache, yet ESC/Desco demands we use it instead of the original mobile app.
  • Useless!

    As a manger I create a call after hours only to NOT be able to move it to the technician that needs it. Useless APP!!!
  • I use it because I have to

    As a field technician we are constantly encountered with frustration from majority of our calls...with that being said, the one thing that gets you to that call is this app. I’m constantly being kicked out, it doesn’t want to open certain aspects of the app when needed, it’s just adding more stress to our daily work life. I’m not sure what needs to be done but something needs to change to where we can utilize this app for its intended purposes, which I would imagine my company is paying the app for.
  • Solid - nice upgraded

    The new app has worked very well for us. We have newer iPhones and the speed improvement from the old app is great. Best is combining the manager app and the tech app. Only negative bummer is slight increase in cost. Glad to see ESC innovating.
  • No Spell Check and EXTREMELY BUGGY

    No spell check, logs you out randomly, does not save the warehouse numbers, capitalizes every word when you hit the spacebar, crashes on a global scale, development is slow and the support for fixes has to know all this but can’t fix it obviously.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, LISTEN TO THE CRITICS.
