Frustrating app
I like the all in one app... if I could get logged in. There’s nothing more frustrating than to need to see where your techs are or send a dispatch and not even be able to log in. Lots of quirky things going on with ESC and FieldEdge right now that makes me want to walk away from it altogether. 🥺SPG Ease

I have been testing the app out for about a week. Every time I go to re-open it I have to put back in the server number, username and password. When operating the app it is very quirky. when you go to add a note in the dispatch it automatically takes you to the bottom of the page so you cannot see what you’re typing. In the mobile manager side it is not allowing you to set up your groups. I have been using the ESC apps for years and it continually gets better so I am waiting for the updates and I will update this review when they fix the problems. I know it will be better and this is the beginning stage thank you for coming out with an all in one app.Brandon 1984
