Ignored repeated emails
I ordered some toothpaste but upon ordering, I noticed that it had sodium lauryl sulfate in it so I immediately contacted the company at least three different times and they never responded to my emails to cancel my order and refund me. They shipped my order so I contacted PayPal and they said as Soon as I receive the order to call them and they will open a dispute, I will never order anything from this company again ever!! and I will delete my app and close my account as soon as I’m refunded.Choctawcat

DO NOT ORDER from this company!! They BAIT and SWITCH
Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM NATURITAS IN SPAIN!!! They “bait and switch” products on their website. They show you one brand in the picture of the item you think you are ordering, then ship a completely inferior different brand product without asking you or telling you. When I complained on their website, they tell you to refuse the package and ask postal delivery company to send it back as “refused.” However, you don’t know if you want to refuse the items until you open the package (and see what inferior products they switched for your order) and see what they mailed you. The postal company will not accept a package that has been opened as a “refused package.” So you are stuck with the crap they charged you a bunch of money for, but DIDN’T deliver. Then they expect YOU to pay the return shipping charges!! They know good and well they are shipping cheaper brands of what you ordered, despite the name brand being shown on their website!! Buyer beware! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ORDER FROM THEM!!! You will be disappointed. And they offer very little customer service to try and make it right.Kaopac
Does not work, company denies involvement
I ordered $235 worth of products. I had ordered once before but had trouble that time too. This time my product never arrived. I write just to ask about tracking or if it was lost. The company claimed they only sell through Amazon and not this app. DO NOT USE THIS. Support is nonexistent if anything goes wrong, they deny this app exists. The email the app gave me for help denies they have anything to do with this app. Crazy! Fraud!Wormhog
