Great service and would have wanted to add a tip to the final amount on my card but not sure if the App allows for that.

I use this taxi form on a weekly basis and they are continuously excellent - the App and using it to book taxis are excellent, the drivers are friendly, and the cars top of the range. I can’t recommend their use more highly

We arrived in Aberdeen for the very first time by train. I downloaded your app, and within 8 minutes, a taxi with an excellent driver arrived. He put our bags in the back of his car and took us to our destination.
Poor service
Seems like it works as it lets you book a taxi to the main airport entrance. Taxi accepted our booking and appeared to be due in 3 minutes and you can follow its progress on a predetermined route to your location. You can also watch it go to a different street and leave you stranded.
Both you and the driver can cancel the booking. But if you try and get a new driver, the original one can keep accepting and cancelling your booking to leave you hostage in a never ending loop of stress, frustration and confusion. There is unfortunately no way to talk to the driver directly to try and resolve the issue. The option to call in the app only allows you to keep making new bookings through an automated system. When you realise this and hang up, they will call you back to make you do it again.

You will never get a taxi with this app
The app just doesn't work, I've had it for 2 years and I have never been allocated a taxi, it’s next to impossible to get a taxi most nights in Aberdeen and this app is no help! Aberdeen needs uber, not this useless attempt at copying it!

Bit of a problem with the car today. Taxi trip to Halfords for coolant. The lovely driver did it for me and checked my oil. Service above and beyond. Thanks for your effort.

Worst experience ever with taxi firm. I travelled to Aberdeen for family birthday dinner. Booked taxi well in advance to take myself and elderly mother to restaurant for reservation. Checked via app several times after taxi never showed up ( they don’t message or call you to inform you of any delays, arrival times etc), called and spoke to someone who said driver wasn’t assigned but after hearing we were going to be late promised to find a driver and send asap. Called again 20 minutes later (now 30 minutes late!) and was told still no driver assigned! Man on phone could not care less, no apology, indifferent towards fact that elderly woman now been waiting so long and were so late for birthday reservation at restaurant. I think they must be used to it. No choice but to cancel and drive myself to the restaurant arriving an hour late, totally ruined what should have been a lovely night. cannot express how much stress and disruption this terrible company caused and how little they care.
