Very late
I ordered a taxi via app in the morning for 22:45, had called as taxi hadn’t arrived, called and told taxi would arrive soon!! It was 50minutes late and don’t know if it would have even arrived if I didn’t call.
When Kasim arrived we had a pleasant journey home with a polite driver.
I think you should tell costumers if you are running late as it was 1 degree outside!!!Show lessZeb Scrote
Terrible company
You can book a taxi to the train station the night before your train journey. They will accept the journey. And yet they think they can turn up over 30 mins late. Terrible company. Use literally any alternativeGmills9009
Terrible app
No confirmation of a driver taking your booking. Various cars show on the map, then disappear.
No way of knowing an estimated pick up time. It tells you booking is confirmed, but no way to know if a driver has taken it or when it might arrive.re001122
Maps are useless, otherwise good
For some reason they’ve prevented zooming in on maps, so it’s pointless figuring out where you are I’d you’re drunk. If you’re sober. Why are you getting a taxi!? Get a bus! I digress. App is trying to be Uber and failing miserably. Just let us book a taxi and be done with it.mrData23

Can book a taxi although get an update to say car is there before it is.

Garbage
During the day this app works at night the app and service is awful.
Drivers pick up the job but go offline, central call Center doesn’t have access to or just don’t cancel jobs or redirect jobs, there a real conflict between manual processing of calls, manual pickups on the street and the app.
This company and the app is just garbage. Phone a company direct if your in Aberdeen. Shame UBER hasn’t been able to challenge the competition and force this service to improveShow lessMarshall1985
Can’t book ahead
Used the old version which was a bit buggy. This new improved version doesn’t seem to allow booking ahead of travel.

Taxi
Booked a taxi 24hours in advance
Time comes around for one it never arrives and I can’t call up because my number ‘isn’t verified’ when it was.
Ended up walking 5 miles home because there we no other taxis

Do not download it’s useless
Pre booked a taxi 3 days in advance to pick me up from a wedding at the end of the night. Did not turn up at my chosen time could not track it either. When I called I was told you’re booking a time slot not a driver and didn’t know when my taxi would arrive. Kinda defeats the purpose of pre booking if taxi is not going to come when you had booked it.
