I’ve been using the Pool Entry app for about 2/3 years now and the new update is 100% better than before!
It’s also easier to navigate and by using this App we receive quick access to our pool Passes.

User Friendly
Using this app has made pool check in at our neighborhood pool (that has high traffic) quicker and easier.
This app is user friendly so anyone should be able to navigate no matter how “tech savvy” you may or may not be.

Finally Something Simple
I am definitely enjoying the new pool entry app as it is more convenient to be able to use a digital version, rather than carry around a physical card for each person in my household.
Thanks using a more advanced technique to help us enjoy the amenities in a more streamlined process.

PoolEntry app
Our community rolled this app out last year and it worked great! So easy to use. And who does not carry their phone everywhere with them? Nobody! I’m glad my community does not require a pool pass and has made it quite easy for their residents to enjoy the amenities. I would definitely recommend this.

Pool pass
We still require assistance at the gate with usage of the cell phone app passes. It did not give a total of people like we was told it would to say how many were on site to avoid a crowd. The app also kept me active for some reason. I was informed by the gate keepers that it reactivates itself every 24 hours so if I returned the following day I was still being coded as checked in. If all of this is how it’s suppose to work then I guess a 5-star will be given but if not I’ll give it a 2-star only because of the app itself.

Review of Summer PoolEntry Usage 2024
The new management company recommended using an app on a smartphone. After installing and using it, I found it convenient because it allowed for personal verification on the smartphone and was also usable by children. One additional suggestion would be to have a machine that automatically verifies using a designated smartphone number, which could make the process even more convenient.

Convenient and easy to use
I absolutely love this app. Beforehand, I was using my safari web browser to pull up my pool passes. This took time, as I would not always remember the website url and my login information. But, with the Pool Entry app on my phone I can quickly log in using face recognition and check in/out for the pool. This app is wonderful. It’s convenient and very easy to use.

Pool entry pass
Makes for easy pool entry and avoids carrying extra tags for entry. Still new and awkward for some. Often times, after checking out, a message appears saying the system checked me out, not to forget to do so. I’m sure, after the system has been in place for a while, all the kinks will be worked out. Also, lifeguards need to consistently check EVERYONE’S pool pass. I’m happy using it.

Convenient and easy check-in
My condo association had all members try out the app this season and it made the check-in process at the pool entry gate much quicker and easier. Way better than physical passes that you’ll inevitably forget at some point or have trouble finding in your bag. There’s also no need to wait for a lifeguard to check you in when all you want to do is claim your spot and jump in the pool! I would recommend any pool pass users to use the PoolEntry app.

Works great and is simple
The pool pass entry is so easy and quick. I also love that it’s so simple that it would be silly to get lost. I’m able to show my pass immediately to get into our pool and there’s not extra clicking which makes it super easy while running in with my kiddos. Uploading our photos was easy too!
