  • Game cam x 50

    I just bought the game cam.. and I have to buy a plan.. really!! And the worst set up.. The company needs to fix this. As far as the plan.. deceiving.
  • Easier to just grab the SD card

    Not sure why they don’t allow the cam to connect with your household wifi instead of first needing your smartphone or tablet to be close enough to connect by bluetooth and then directly connect by wifi. Frequently doesn’t connect. Very slow to download pics/videos. Annoying and stupid.
  • New user

    Just bought 3 cameras and should have researched the app. The cameras are good for the price, but still setting up the cellular trail cam. I may end up like the stealth cams from Sam’s club better.

    The app on my phone only takes up 166MB.
  • App needs work

    Budget friendly camera and works great for small applications and lower activity areas. The app is very unclear on instruction, lags and has “errors” frequently.
  • Too much data saved on phone

    I have deleted everything from the local gallery but the application is taking up 16gb of space on my phone.

    Other issues:
    Disconnect from the camera if the phone screen goes dark. This makes downloading a real issue if you have a fair amount of video to download.

    Good camera lowered to just a fair camera because the application is mediocre at best.
  • App doesn’t recognize UserID’s

    I have 6 mobile cams and one WiFi cam. I’ve been using the app for 2 years. In general, the app features and performance are 4 stars.

    However, with the last update the app won’t recognize my UserID’s. The UserID’s will work on the web version, though. Thus, it’s a 1 star app….its useless to download.

    My son has the same problem with the app.

    The issue is NOT password related.

    Their support is terrible. They don’t comprehend the issue and ask for info that is unrelated. Garde is a Chinese company so I’m not sure if the support department has problems translating the problem.

    There’s no point in purchasing mobile cams if the app doesn’t work. The web version is designed for desktop access so it’s a different user experience from a phone when you’re in the woods.
  • Super impressed with customer support

    Only had this camera a few days. Had to change a few settings in the camera that were over my head but I was shocked how quick customer support walked me through it and got everything up and going correctly.
    Seems like a great product so far!
  • Live camera option

    After the last update to camera the live camera view no longer works. This is one of my favorite functions. I am planning to add another camera, so this is likely a deal-breaker for my next purchase.

  • Live view doesn’t work.

    Just bought this camera and will have to return it since live view does not work. All I see is a grey screen.

  • New update is bad

    New update will not let me see a live camera on setup. Please fix this. Makes it difficult to setup when you can’t see a live cameras. I have 4 cameras but now I’m thinking. Where is the support Help.
