Please fix your app!
My speedefy router ONLY works if i delete the speedefy app all together. The second I download the speedefy app to manage our home internet and router it interferes to the point we have no access to the internet all together. I had our internet provider come out to our home and they verified the app is the issue. Please fix your app!

Does not recognize its device on iOS app
It does not find or recognize the router in the app anymore. I have no ability to get into the WiFi settings through the app anymore.
Deceptive app that doesn't do anything
Don't get rid of it! trash app! developer just wants to win in the downloads. fraud! 😡
Hasn’t worked since the latest iOS update
It just keeps saying new device detected click to connect and then asking for password but doesn’t accept the Wi-Fi password so it won’t connect the “new device” it’s claiming which is the router itself. It’ll let me login to my account on there but won’t let me control the router.

This K7 router is really easy to use. It has a user friendly app and you can have this for an awesome price.

Updated 3 days ago and the app now keeps crashing every time I try to open it
BEWARE DO NOT USE
After about a week, I found that this app is in a beta test stage. Speedefy suggested I download the TestFlight app and then re-download their app. If you the terms of contract of TestFlight it is scary!, and I will not to agree to be Speedefy’s guinea’s pig. Their K4 router only worked for about 4 days, then got only one or two bars of signal strength. Called technical support and they told me to reset the router. I reset the modem and the router and nothing worked. After six days of total frustration, I am returning the K4 router to Amazon.

Does not work at all
Installed router per instructions and it works with generic name and no password. The app never displays set up screens and requests addresses that it will not accept. Worthless and frusrating.
