Totally unusable
This app is completely broken, how does the school district decide to use stuff like this?
Horrible
Convoluted set up, have to force the app to close to update settings, e.g., from no notification to notify 10 min bf bus arrival. Then when you go to see if the notification was changed successfully, it automatically reverts to no notification so I’ll just pray I get notifications. Are there any software engineers or ux people working here? Doesn’t look like it

never passes verification screen
countless attempts to log in. never once worked since i downloaded it.
This app was not a upgrade
My school district had a previous app that did real-time data when picking up the kids to and from school. I really love that app. With this app, It took two months for me to get an account because of the glitches and problems uploading my children’s information in the system than to turn around for it to not work constantly is nerve-racking. The same problems that I had when I first got the app are now happening again. I am so sick of this app. I wish I could give you zero stars.

Rarely accurate
This app is rarely accurate if it works at all.
This app is garbage I am forced to use
This app is truly awful. Right now I have to delete and reinstall it every time I want to use it because it doesn’t actually load after being closed.
1) This clearly is an attempt to reskin and mimic Here Comes the Bus which is 1000x better.
2) The time prediction seems to be exactly 37 mins off from actual arrival time. That’s so precise and yet the app won’t tell you actual arrival time.
3) You can’t see where the bus is until like four mins before your stop (assuming you actually can see the bus). With Here comes the bus you can see how far away the bus is to help with timing.
I firmly believe someone at the county level is getting a kickback for the use of this app. I sincerely hope their money was worth it because this app is horrendous in every sense of the word.

SO frustrating!!
First day below zero weather and of course the app isn’t working (again, but this time it just says “no ETAs available” and it doesn’t have my kids listed on there at all), so I’m sending my kids out to the bus stop to wait in the cold because I have no idea when their bus will actually arrive because there seems to be no consistency on that end (which is obviously not the apps fault, but all the more reason why it is so heavily relied on). The bus (app) for one of my kids works “properly” about 30% of the time, even though there is definitely a delay in where the bus is and where it’s showing on the map (even after refreshing it), but the bus for my other kid glitches every single day!! It gets to a certain spot (and it’s not always the same spot) and it just stays there. I let it refresh on its own and I try to refresh it as well, but the bus icon is just stuck in the same spot, then at the last minute the red line makes a direct path (through land and water as opposed to staying on the road) to where the bus currently is, which is usually very close to our stop.

Useless
Terrible app. App would fail to launch 90% of the time. Just would freeze on white screen or force close. Tried reinstalling on several phones and will freeze while trying to select school.
School Systems - AVOID
Does not report bus location most days or does so at the very last second. ETA is often off by a few minutes even when just driving across a neighborhood. Honestly confused at how often it doesn’t work and how little seems to be done about it.
A literal chipmunk has better communication skills
This app is trash and I just wanted to say it to its face.
