Great app

Amazing app and really easy to use, especially like how you can search in your flashcards notes or answers which helps when doing exams. Definitely recommend!

Only downside I have is that when you're making flashcards, if you tap anywhere outside of where you fill in your flashcards, it deletes the card. It becomes quite annoying when you had alot of information in the flashcard and it just goes away if you accidentally click outside the area

Multi-device flashcard near perfection

Very helpful

I like the stats, it helps me to see my progress.

The best Flashcards I have ever used

Fresh Cards are the most intuitive and flexible Flashcards I have used. A great product!

Simple and well worth it

If you feel that an app like Anki is too complicated or wastes time with its complexity but you donโ€™t want to pay a subscription then this is the app for you. It is by far the best non-subscription flashcard app Iโ€™ve found.

I purchased the full version of the app ($15 USD) a couple months ago.

The only two cons I can think of are that it has a couple less features than some other flashcard apps and that its layout is not the most intuitive with different locations for where deck vs card settings are stored.

However, it has many amazing features that make it 100% worthwhile even if it is behind on a few minor features. It has an uncluttered layout, appealing aesthetics, a unique and useful combination of tags plus โ€œwhat you see is what you reviewโ€, and different modes for reviewing cards and marking them as complete. Some of the missing features are on the roadmap and likely to come soon.

The developer has great response time to my questions or feedback and has been friendly in his responses. All of which are bonus points to an already great app.

Fantastic app

This is such a great app. Really simple to use while still being very powerful. Highly recommended.

I feel like our feedback does something!

Dear Developer, a few weeks back, I reviewed your app, mentioning a few issues like iCloud synchronisation and app logo not matching on macOS and iOS. You improved every aspect of the app. The new UI and UX is fantastic. I love it. Also, it was hilarious to read โ€œLetโ€™s pretend the previous one never existedโ€ regarding the old macOS logo ๐Ÿ˜„. The new version enriches the learning processes; I like it when the session goes on bunches of 5 when I intend to review hundred of cards on one go; before, when I used to do it and stop halfway, the session wouldn't get recorded as completed (I believe remembering). However, I noticed a bug on the app; I don't know if it happened because I reviewed too many cards in one day, even though I had reached my daily goal already, but in one deck of 161 cards after completing an extra review session not part of the daily review, it changed the โ€œReviewed Todayโ€ counter to โ€œ1162โ€. Of course, I didn't review that many. It might be the counting of how many times I revised all the cards during that day? I don't know. I don't see that happening on the macOS yet. I would also like to recommend a feature for future updates; it would be great to be able to record audio directly from the app when creating a New Card and insert it onto the Front or Back card. E.g. Record myself or my foreign friend or a particular part of my learning resources currently; the only way I upload audio is by using a text to audio website, converting the word to mp3 and then uploading it onto the Mac OS app. Still, it starts getting tedious; the other option is to trim every part of my audio lessons to get those few seconds of that pronunciation, but again very dull. The idea of recording directly would make the process quick and straightforward, creation of a new resource. Again, thank you very much for the update! ๐Ÿ™

Response from developer

Hi, sorry to hear that the synchronization is not working for you. Can you contact support@ussher.ca so I can try to diagnose what's happening in your case and fix the bug? There is importing (but not exporting) in the iPhone app. You will need to save the file to your iPhone's files. From there, you can use the Files app to "share" the deck file with Fresh Cards and it will start the import process. Thank you for your great feedback and hopefully we can fix the sync issue you are seeing.

Promising app but bugs/inconsistencies let it down

Good app, however seems to be some bugs that need addressing??

I got this so i could sync between my mobile and desktop, and I love the clean design.

It works excellent on my mobile app but last week I suddenly noticed all my cards had disappeard on my desktop app. Now it's a pain to use.

Can you please assist?
