To ALL the employers out there, if you want happy employees, do not sign up with this B.S. company for benefits. They are subpar.
No customer service whatsoever….NONE.
They will easily take your money out of your paycheck 3 months in advance, mail you prepaid cards (they recently had to mail out cards because the ones they were using were antiquated). Card never arrived, somehow was activated and now have to pay out of pocket to travel for weeks until a new card is received. Never was able to speak to someone. Spent 3 days calling and was never able to get someone on the phone, busier than normal call volume. Asked to get a call back, the phone rings once, and before I’m able to answer, rep hangs up, because they don’t want to speak to any customer. They can just say, we called and person didn’t answer.
Save yourself the headaches. Go through a lot of headaches just to save a few dollars.
