Not WORTH IT
To ALL the employers out there, if you want happy employees, do not sign up with this B.S. company for benefits. They are subpar.
No customer service whatsoever….NONE.
They will easily take your money out of your paycheck 3 months in advance, mail you prepaid cards (they recently had to mail out cards because the ones they were using were antiquated). Card never arrived, somehow was activated and now have to pay out of pocket to travel for weeks until a new card is received. Never was able to speak to someone. Spent 3 days calling and was never able to get someone on the phone, busier than normal call volume. Asked to get a call back, the phone rings once, and before I’m able to answer, rep hangs up, because they don’t want to speak to any customer. They can just say, we called and person didn’t answer.
Save yourself the headaches. Go through a lot of headaches just to save a few dollars.

Broken
So much of this app is broken. The card management page now takes you to a form to fill out your phone number to (I assume?) be able to query your balance via sms, but it also doesn’t work. Unsure why this was updated and broke the one functional part of the app?robsalzz
Useless
This app is pretty useless. One of the most obvious features would be to show the current balance of a card but instead it wants you to sign up for receiving your balance by text message. Was I transported back to the late 90s without noticing?Russell Hancox
Does not work without location permission
The app keeps asking for location permission for some sort of Lyft feature that I do not use. Would not allow login until location permission is granted.tommyang
Constant popup for no location permissions
Loaded the app, denied permission for location, and a popup appears the says “Permission to access your current location is denined.” Error message is misspelled and cannot be dismissed without popping up again. Unusable appLyssusX
Login doesn’t work
Just signed up on web and logged into account. Downloaded app and logged in… except no, apparently the app is unable to recognize login credentials that I just created 20 min ago. Seems like a bad joke. Recommend that employers use some other provider.hdfusnsjsi
Can’t use the app unless you give access to your location!
This app doesn’t need your location to run, given that it’s just a wrapper around their website, which works without location. The app won’t allow you to even sign in unless you give permission.andrewgege
Terrible app to be honest
I’m sorry for the harsh words but this app is basically just a web page loaded into an app, it’s so buggy, always giving me errors, can’t even view my PIN when I happen to forget it, was stuck waiting in the checkout line trying to get this app to load, so annoying. Give me 2 months I will write them an actual native app that works.Show lesssamyachour
Garbage
Absolutely trash interface - developers clueless about functionality. Glitchy and impossible to use. Edenred should be embarrassed. No wonder they are the cheapest administrator of commuter accounts - it shows.ny banker 5551
Poor UI with location privacy concerns
The app feels like a glorified and laggy web app. Worse than that, it doesn’t allow you to sign in unless you share your location. Their reason for demanding your location? So that you can hire Lyft for your commute. Ridiculous!ealbertolopez
