Not user intuitive
While the app provides a good amount of information and functionality, it’s clear that usability testing was not performed as it’s pretty challenging to navigate the app. The website clearly displays your account balance on the Home Screen- why wouldn’t the app do the same? Changing your password is difficult as you can’t copy and paste the temp password the system sends you. Trying to update contributions is also a bit tricky as I’m not sure if I’m ordering a new card or simply making an update. Good luck to all the new users!!Show lessNewark to Jersey city commuter
