This app does not function very well. after signing up, I could no longer change my password. Passwords are constantly changing within this app so you never know what the password isWhen you do need to change your password. Their support page is horrible, as you enter all the details, but the submit button doesn’t function or work for pushing the request forward. Guess I will have to continue going to the website to monitor my commuter expenses versus using the app.Show lessMJ-McFun
Lyft doesn’t work
I only use it for Lyft and have the latest iPhone update, but when I try to request a Lyft it just spins. I’ve called support twice now and they don’t answer for over an hour so I hang up. It’s a useless benefit if you want it for Lyft.Lalamemeyoyo
Not User Friendly
This app is not user friendly. Can tell which months I’m turning the deduction off or on for. The transaction history takes days to update and it’s not clear what month they are adding the deposit for.
The card is great because I can pay for parking almost anywhere around the country. However they said I can use it for Lyft Share but the transaction doesn’t go thru.Show lessThewilson2004

Lyft doesn't work
I have the latest version and whenver I try to book a Lyft it just spins. The only reason I have the app is to use my Lyft benefits, so it's pretty useless without that feature (and I can't use my benefits).dancertay
Unable to create account or submit support request
I’m trying this app again and I’m having the exact same issue as two months ago. There doesn’t seem to be any actual app support contact info. The phone number takes me to my organization’s benefits dept. I don’t think they can help me with the app! This app has proven to be a waste of iPhone storage space.
I’ve had this app for 15 minutes and I’m already annoyed. First, I’m creating a new account. I enter the required info and I get “member not found”error. Why would I get that error when I’m attempting to create a new account?? Next, I click the support link and complete the required info for that form and the submit button doesn’t work!!! Glitchy
App is very glitchy - certain forms can’t be submitted because the submit button is inaccessible when entering information, etc. Also, when I log in with faceid it shows my exposed password in the background for some reason.B798123
Please add Apple Pay support
