Pretty useless
This is one of the most unintuitive apps I've ever used. Want to see your dashboard? Sorry! Want to see your previous orders? Sure you can, but have fun guessing which button to press for which month. The only thing that worked was modifying the order. For everything else, just flying blind. Password rules not working
Password rules aren’t correct. Followed directions and had to try multiple passwords to work.
Maybe they don’t consider “#” a special character but then they should be clearLLC45
Attachments from gallery not possible
I am unable to upload attachments from photo gallery to my reimbursement claims as receipt proof. Please fix that.Positiveuser_1
Unable to register
This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. It always shows “passwords should follow below rules” even if my password already follows. I then try to use “get support “ to report this issue. After typing a few words, the submit button doesn’t work! What a garbage!Richard Liu 1224
One of the worst apps I've had to deal with
You'd assume that reporting a claim should be simple, right? Not on this app- I have to enter a claim start date and claim end date, in addition to the expense date- no idea why. Worst part is their customer support tab in the app doesn't work either. Good luck not pulling your hair out while using this app.Show lessTerrible app from a terrible company

Interface needs work
this application would benefit from user feedback. When used on the iPhone, it defaults the calendar to today’s date so that when you’re typing in historical receipts which it is for, and then you notice and try to go back and correct the date, it kicks you back to the beginning of the process. it also doesn’t allow you to store multiple historic locations supporting receipts. So you have to painfully type it in every time. It only has memory for the last time you input somethings so if you park or use different forms of commute, it is not catching those. The interface is very Squirrley and slides around when you’re trying to type, which makes it easier to make errors and then it is unforgiving. It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone of this organization to sew. The ability to report. Interface issues is negligible.Show lessMax SF

Crazy how many things don't work....lost card and ordering new one in app is option but doesn't work. Emailing support is an option but doesn't work either. Calling takes for ever to get through.UsKr01
Can’t create password
Tried multiple passwords that meet and exceed the rules shown. Each time, it just says “password must follow below rules”.eushdofhdkf
App loading issues and display issues
This app takes for ever to load. Good luck trying to get past the Welcome Back! screen. I don’t hv a way to share a snapshot in this review.
