Issue claim vip rewards
VIP rewards next to the event icon on the main screen! I’m vip7 and it’s say gain vip2 to claim rewards!???!

Game is great reminds u of the good old times if you’ve played this wayyy back den but don’t spend my s4 and 41 accounts got deleted even though I did not switch accounts all my data on my accounts juz removed and gotta reset
Bugged
I used to play this game back on Nokia and loved it. Found it again, played it for a few weeks and decided to spend some money on it. But suddenly my account doesn’t exist, no way to access it. Every-time I try it takes me to make a new character and then when I do no matter what username you choose it’s not available. Just disappointing

Lost data
I was playing this game and even put some money into it. Everything was great, I would’ve given this game 5 stars, however, 7 hours after my last login, I went to check on it again and I lost all of my data. I was still logged in, nothing happened to my phone none of my accounts used to login had changed. I just lost a lot of progress and all of that money, I even have the receipts of the purchases. I tried making a new account, but apparently any and all names possible were “already taken”. I started using random numbers and letters and nothing would work. I can only get into the “select server” area. And yes I made sure it was the same server as before, I tried every other server too. I need help.

Played this game awhile back when it was owned by zq never thought I’ll get a chance to play it again!
Improvements needed
The English translations in the game are severely lacking and needs to be improved
There are characters in my album I have no way of getting and I need events or special chests or rewards for that aren’t available
Additional jewellery and gear types aren’t able to be found or obtained anywhere to complete my album
Combining runes should be a continued click. Having to combine and exit then click the next level to combine again is a waste and pain of my time
How can you obtain 4th and 5th chest in hero’s gate when resetting starts your round again
More useful items in the guild shop would be recommended

Played the game when I had a Nokia phone! It was my favorite game. Ever since i found out they were on ios, i wanted to download it, the original one, not the second version. I’m glad the game is back!
