Urgent attention
I have been using dz app and it okay. Not until I try to load an airtime on my Airtel line. I was debited and I didn’t receive the airtime. It’s been 2 weeks now and no refund or positive response. Also I fund my account dz morning from card, I been debited and I haven’t received an credit alert payment on the app. The most annoying part is there customers service is poor. No line to call them.
