  • Needs a search

    Great layout
    Ease of use

Would like a search feature to narrow down a list of previous encounters

    Developer Response

We're glad that you enjoy the app. We're happy to let you know that card search is now available and you can search by using fields.
  • Great

I think this app is great, I just wish you had the ability to search for fi cards by name like being able to type in someone’s name and the fi card pop up rather than scrolling through all of them looking for it.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your review. Please note that card search functionality has been implemented as you requested.
  • Improvement

I’d like to see it print off in a well laid out pdf with the subject photos included.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback Officer! I'm happy to let you know that we have added what you asked for. The last version of FI Card lets you export cards as PDF files with all the photos you took (persons, vehicles and incident photos). We hope you like it!
  • Excellent app

The only feedback that I would have is maybe a custom or fill-in option for most of the drop downs. Other than that this app has been phenomenal. I pretty much put all my info into the app and then email it to myself for my reports. The fact that I can take a picture of and scan an id for prefill makes things so much easier. This really is super a super useful tool.
I hope you guys continue to develop and improve tools for LEOs.

Thank you Officer for your feedback. More drop downs is a great idea, we'll do this. We're also glad that you find the FI Cards app useful. More changes are coming soon!
  • Game Changer

I absolutely love this application. It makes Field Interview and note taking a breeze. I would like to see the ability to add more than a single address, especially if the person has a physical address and mailing address. I’d also like to see Apple Pencil Support.

    Developer Response

Thank you Officer for your feedback. It's possible to enter 2 addresses today (home and work) for each individual. Hopefully this helps.
  • Almost decided to buy it

The app is nice, but incomplete. I liked what I saw but ended up deleting it for two reasons. Emailed reports do not contain photographs and pictures are only for people, not vehicles, or as simple incident attachments. This makes the app useless for me. Would be happy to try again if made more complete.

  • Not able to make sure it is secure

I have spent hours to see if the info imputed in to the app is safe and I am not able to confirm. The developers have no website and the privacy policy goes to a broken link. Great idea if it is safe and secure but, I wouldn’t use it till I can confirm it is private.
  • Freezing

Every few days it ask me how I enjoy the app. When I try to say yes it freezes. I have to delete the app and reinstall then I lose all my information that I have entered.

    Thanks
    Terry
  • Launch issues

This has the potential to be a great app. But, sadly it does not work. Once you download it you will be able to capture one persons information then it locks up. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app and it is always the same. I tried the SFST app by the same company and it same outcome. I truly wished this app would work.
