How do I request support???
I started this game and in 2 days I completed the first half of the Holiday Fair mission. When I logged in the next day, it showed I hadn’t completed anything. Then I completed the entire mission. When I logged in tonight, I’m back to only the first half being completed. Obviously, I have spent a lot of money. Why would I want to put out more??? Can I get my status back? I’d contact support but I can’t find a way to contact them.

Like it, but:
I like this game but it keeps freezing up and wanting to contact the App Store. When it does contact the App Store, it’s never about this game. It’s always some other games. It has nothing to do with updating this particular game. Since I’m able to continue playing it’s not terribly frustrating but it is annoying. That’s why I’m giving it only 2 stars.

Pyramid of Majong
This G5 is exactly as I expected. The further along you go the harder i t gets. Now that in itself is not bad, but I had over 200 energy the other night, and I was playing quests in buildings at multiple levels. I did not win any quests. The only way to win at the point I am at is to spend real money to but blue crystals so I can buy power boosters. Fun game but I am old and on a fixed income. Can’t afford it.

Speed
I would like the time between each moment to speed up just a bit-Don’t time the games! Just speed up the in between stuff.
Do I wait or do I tap my pencil repeatedly to get to read the story?

Mahjong pyramid
I’ve been playing this game for a few weeks and really enjoying it until all my progress was deleted about 3 days ago. I’ve tried sending messages asking for my progress to be reinstated, but all I receive are garbled messages “ Feedback…. Was closed and merged into this request”.

Getting really fed up now and am about to delete the app if this can’t be sorted. Really don’t want to start again from the beginning

Good but…
When I downloaded this, I didn’t look at the product page; stupid me. I wouldn’t have downloaded it if I had. Instead, I placed my faith in the ad. A mistake I won’t make again. Now I have two versions of the same thing. While I do like this game, I don’t need two identical versions so, bye it goes.

Great graphics!
Really like this game with particularly nice graphics. My only objection is no ad free one time paid version is available . I do not like subscriptions and do not buy items from any game, but will buy an ad free version of a game for a one time fee.

Great however….
Love the game, however it is EXTREMELY frustrating to continually get the exact same board over and over. I could not figure out the solution the first time so I have play the exact same board seven or more times before getting a different board? I do not mean the layout, rather I am talking about the matches available. Exact same matches available repeatedly? Also love the boards that only provide one match per move that can not be beat without using the shuffle cheat. Excuse me I mean “boost”. Seriously? Just do not understand the logic in the naming? Unfortunately this match flaw extends across all their tile matching games, which makes me believe it is deliberately coded into the game to convince people to pay for the cheats. Sigh!!! Sorry I meant “boost” so they can shuffle the tiles until they get a winnable board. Usually takes ten (10) or more attempts before a winnable board arrives.

We are constantly checking the game to ensure we keep it balanced and all levels can be passed without making purchases. Try using tools to help you in locations and increase your chances of receiving the necessary items with talismans.
Mahjong
It’s an alright game but the only downside is that it takes so long to get through the beginning levels of it for people who play mahjong will get a bit frustrated trying to play it but it’s good
