great app, few bugs
I really like this app I use it every day but there is one problem, after a couple days it locked me out and I could not log back in if you could please provide a fix for this it would help me a lot the weird thing about it is I still get notifications when it's in my area and when it reaches the school but other than that problem this is an amazing app and I recommend it to all schools

Works when it wants to
Been using now for a month. Was only been able to accurately track one child for about a week. When the route changed for my other child, I haven’t been able to track either one. Contacting the school transportation is useless, as they just push it off on the app and not something they can fix. In todays world it would be nice if this worked properly.

Decent App, better than nothing
This app is a decent tracker for my children’s school bus. Sometimes, there’s a glitch in either the app or the bus transponder that will show the bus “in your zone,” but it’ll actually be a few miles away. That’s the reason for the 4-Star rating. Overall, the app works decently and is better than guessing each day.

It’s nice WHEN it works……
It’s great when it actually works, but majority of the time it doesn’t work at all. It’s not consistent or reliable. I’ll open the app and there are no buses, but sometimes I’ll get an alert that the bus arrived at the school and it’s random. The app hasn’t works properly in a year or so. I’m not sure if buses have to turn on a tracker, but if they do they never seem to have it on & that makes the app useless.

Bud rarely shows on app
The idea of the app is great. However, the lack of reliability makes it impossible to use and rely on. My child’s bus will be present one day and not the next. Morning it will work, afternoon it will not. For awhile there was a period where the bus would magically appear at the same time everyday which was after my child was dropped at his stop.

Never works
I would like to know how this app has a 4.1 star rating when the at least 90% of the reviews are 1 star. It worked good a few years ago but something happened. Finally gave up last year. Like others have said, I’m not sure why our school district uses this app either.
Horrible
Does not update location of bus. Will not show multiple buses if you have multiple children. Horrible!!!
Ok when it works
I’ve had this app for 6 months and it rarely works correctly. Usually doesn’t show the bus and hardly ever notifies me when it’s gotten to the school or in my zone at home. I keep it installed for the rare days it does work.
This app is a stress reliever.
I love how I can keep track of where my kids bus is at all times! It shows exact location of the bus and is accurate & fast.
