Love but wish was easy to see if another staff member picked up an incoming call rather than saying missed.

Great concept, poor delivery.

I’ve tried to hold of writing this review but after constantly reporting bugs and issues to service m8 support, I feel like I’m talking to a brick wall.

I appreciate issues with software isn’t rare, but when I am constantly having to report them and none of them are getting fixed and support are constantly asking for evidence of the issues I am experiencing and then still nothing gets fixed.

Servicem8 phone has got even worse since the latest update. Such a shame because when it works it’s brilliant but unfortunately the technical team don’t know they are having issues outside of there own team and because it works for them it must be working for everyone else.

You need to start listening to your customers.

Great idea, poor execution.

Our company has been using ServiceM8 for years the seem to have all the cutting edge features, but they rarely function correctly. The phone app has extremely frustrating Bluetooth & playback issues. So many other app companies figured these things out. We find it odd that they can’t get the basics correct.

Last update really messed thing up!!

SM8 phone had issues before but the last update has REALLY messed it up! Phone doesn’t even ring now, no matter what call mode you have it on but still manages to give you the notification after the call? Wasn’t great before but now completely useless!!

Huge Upgrades with SM8 v12

Previous poor quality calls have been significantly upgraded and we no longer have issues. The ability for calls to be recorded and transcribed very accurately plus a summary of the call sent straight into relevant job cards has been a game changer for us … so glad we stuck with it for these much anticipated improvements

Great when it works

App is buggy. Calls are poor quality even when connected to wifi.

Could be alot better

We have been using ServiceM8 and the SM8 phone for quite some time . The integration of the phone into the job card is great , voicemail system works well and allows one phone number for all. However as has been reported by others when on a 4G connection with a good signal it’s not always a good experience . Calls don’t get through or customers can’t hear you . I have to connect to customers Wi-Fi when onsite to ensure that the phone will work. When you make a call if the number calling is engaged the call just fails with no indication as to why .

We like it

Despite the negative reviews, we gave it a shot and like the phone app. Maybe there’s been some changes since the negative reviews were given. My only gripe is transferring calls doesn’t always seem to work.

We have this system tried this last 3 weeks for our business, we have hard nothing but trouble! Poor call quality, not being able to use our own number for out going calls, computer ringing even when turned off, app on phone changes accepting calls to not accepting calls by itself. They try to help on chat but really have been unable to resolve any issues so far, the whole setup has cost me about $2500 with new phones and mobile plans changed as they won’t work with Telstra? Do you self a favour don’t even bother trying.
