1. Enquiries are now available on the app! You can create or edit your Enquiries and have the full functionality available on the Web Portal – allowing you to close an Enquiry or Convert it to a Quote or Job. When converting the Enquiry to a Quote/Job you also have the ability to use any of your templates to quickly create the ideal Quote or Job. 2. New Custom Field Type supported – Link Buttons – You can now have a Custom field that the users can tap to browse to a specified url (and you can also specify parameters for the related URL!). 3. New Equipment Area – jump into the Equipment for all Customers with a search filter to locate the Equipment you’re after! 4. Supply Custom Fields – Custom Fields have now been added across the board for Supplies! Custom fields added to Supplies or Supplies on a Quote or Job will now be displayed in app. 5. Task Permission Adjustments – the “Can View all Tasks in the Task area including those assigned to others” now behaves as expected. When ticked off you will only be able to see your tasks and will exclude tasks that have no assigned user. 6. Quote Bookings – It is now possible to add a Booking against a Quote that’s completed as long as it’s not won or lost. 7. Job Creation – Job Type is now blank on creating a new Job if no default value has been set. 8. Quote Emailing – Now possible to set whether a Quote is marked as Sent when it’s emailed out. 9. Linked Users Adjustments – Linked Users can now see a Job if it is assigned to another user but has them as the Linked User. 10. Sync Improvements – Significant work in the performance of the synchronisation process. 11. Attachment Upload Improvements – Attachments will now upload in the background even if the app is closed.

1. Resolved issue where editing the Booking on an iPad and modifying the Booking Notes the changes were not saved. 2. Heading Custom Fields are now displayed as expected in Tasks on the iPhone version. 3. Resolved issue where scanning a barcode to display Equipment Details within a Job on the iPhone could cause the Equipment Details to load but not populate all fields with the Equipment data. 4. Resolved display issue of Optional toggle within Supplies on Quotes in the iPhone version. 5. Task Links – Now if a Task is received on the Mobile app but it does not have the related Job it will automatically query and pull down the required information from the server. 6. Customer Search Improvements – you can now search for Customers with ‘ in the names.

1. Purchase Order Number fields are now hidden on Quotes, Jobs and Invoices if you tick the “Please hide the Purchase Order Number” box under Translations. This field can be translated to represent any detail or hidden as needed if you really don’t need an extra top level field. 2. Custom Fields on the Custom Details under Job Equipment were being incorrectly sorted. This are now displayed in the correct column order. 3. Purchase Order Approvals – Now when a Purchase Order has been approved the Notes field and Received Stock Quantities are still editable as expected.

- Resolved issue in “Archive Old data” function that could cause longer sync times for attachment-related data. - Invoice Due Date handling now consistent with the Ascora portal. The Invoice Due Date will be defaulted based on the Payment Terms for the Billing Customer but can be manually adjusted. - Value is now stored when editing Equipment Required Fields without needing the Done button to be pressed on the keyboard. - Attachments are now automatically downloaded without prompting if they are not available on the device. - Sync performance enhancements!

- New “All Users” option for filtering the Purchase Order list. - Added extra camera permission checks when using the camera for barcode scanning and the user hasn’t granted the camera permission yet. - Equipment Detail saving on the iPhone app is now treated the same as the iPad app and will save when navigating between different pieces of equipment or pressing done.

1. Background processing enhancements – enhancements aimed at improving the performance and process safety of the synchronization elements running in the background. This is aimed at resolving crashes on older devices running iOS 17. 2. Schedule list Refresh – the Schedule list will automatically refresh when a sync process has completed and new Jobs or Quotes have been added to the current filtered view. 3. Enhanced Kit Searching – When adding Kits to a Quote or Job and searching for a variety of Kits, now all of the selected Kits are remembered as you perform multiple search/filters. 4. Barcode Scanning Improvements – Adjustments to improve the focus when using barcodes to add Supplies to Jobs. 5. Attachment Sharing Improvement – the name of the shared file is now retained when shared into Ascora.

1. Default Invoice Templates now used and stored for Fixed Price and Time & Materials Jobs. When an Invoice is generated the default template is now automatically applied. When you go to download or email out an Invoice it will instantly be set to this template saving a step in the process! Also you can adjust the document template to be used which automatically saves to the Invoice updating it on any other mobile devices as well as the Ascora portal. Ascora invoicing made even smoother and faster with this update! 2. Issues with file uploading under iOS 17 have been resolved. You can now upload/share a file into Ascora again from other apps on your phone / tablet. 3. Resolved issue whereby custom forms completed against Quotes would not be linked to the Quotation without being downloaded again from the Ascora portal. 4. Resolved issue where edits to a piece of Equipment (Equipment Details such as the Equipment Number) would not be saved in some circumstances. 5. Resolved issue where massively long descriptions in Custom Forms would not wrap and grow as expected.

1. Notification for overdue tasks. When logging in, Ascora will now display a notification of any overdue assigned Tasks, with an option to jump into the Tasks area. Ensure that you don’t miss a Task again! 2. Default Attachment Categories – Default Categories are now used when adding new Attachments from photos or files in the apps. Set your categories for Quotes, Jobs or Photos and the Attachments will be automatically categorised. 3. Huge number of Equipment-related improvements: a. Single tap option to take photos against the Equipment b. You can now fill out Forms in one tap. c. One tap button to add a Barcode to the Equipment. d. Ability to navigate between the Equipment (left/right) on the Job. e. Ability to use Common Phrases in the Test Comments f. You can edit and save the navigation options at the bottom of the Equipment Details 4. Stage Booking Improvements – It’s now possible to book in a Stage of a Job directly. When this Stage is selected in the Schedule it will jump you into the new and improved Stage Job Details with all of the related shortcuts. 5. Booking Notes are now displayed in the Schedule for Quotes! 6. Permission Adjustments – The Supply permissions in the Common Web & Mobile permissions now only applies to the Supplies area and not the Supplies added to Quotes or Jobs. 7. Quote Creation for Failed Equipment – When a Quote is created from a Job only the Equipment that is marked as failed will be automatically added to the Quote (You can still adjust this as needed but it automatically has all failed Equipment selected to speed up the Quote process). 8. Performance enhancements and bug fixes – We’ve stepped through and resolved various issues reported to us.
