All the app does is freeze and crash

App does nothing but freeze and crash, speak to the Ascora team who try to fix it and then hear nothing back from them.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the app. Please email me direct at courtney@ascora.com.au and we can investigate further. Don't forget that any updates to the app does need to go through a review process that can take weeks and it is outside of our control.

Crash central.

App constantly crashes after every job submitted.
Deleted work notes when crashing halfway through.
Freezes and glitches consistently.
Phone is fully updated, as is the app yet the same issues occur.

Great construction management app

We have used ascora for over a couple of years now and it has helped us get on top of our management and costings. They constantly update the app with new features regularly and they truly listen to your feedback and implement it into the software. Since we started all the issues we had with the app have been implemented or fixed.

Great app for trades

We’ve been using ASCORA for a number of years now and love it. The app is so easy to use and can be easily picked up without any formal training (we did it!!). It integrates with our accountancy package making invoicing and paying wages a breeze. The technical support team actual listen and deal with any issues you have and even call you back. Such a great package without the huge price tag.

Extremely capable, adaptable and proactive

The best job and project management tool going around and (as long as you know what you’re doing) it can be customised so so much that it will suit just about every business model! I’ve worked with a handful of pretty clever tools over the last 6 years but nothing matches this one. Constantly evolving and improving with a great team behind the code. Well done and thank you!

Great App

This is the best tradesman app out there, I’ve tried all the others and this is simple to use and does everything I want it to do. Customer service is very helpful.

The app crashes

The app doesn’t show up all the jobs and when I tap on the only ones that show up, the app crashes.

Hi There! The apps break down the Job Details into a few key sections to enable you to easily move between them - For example Labour contains all Labour and Callout on the Job, Supplies contains all Supplies/Materials and Purchase Orders, and Finalise is the Job sign-off and completion check lists. We also have a number of training videos online. If there's an area of Ascora you found difficult to work with just let us know! We're always working to improve the app (Just check out how many releases we create in the year!) and we'd be happy to work with you.
