Study Progress Doesn’t Sync w/Computer
After purchasing the study material online, I also downloaded the app. After completing a couple of the online study modules, I later went to the app to continue only to find my progress at 0%.
After contacting HRP I quickly received a note explaining why the app and web site don’t synch. I was informed that the practice exams synch, but the lessons and quizzes do not. I was told, “The reason is because our mobile app uses our new custom technology with a separate database from the website.”
This isn’t a deal-breaker, but it sure seems like a giant leap into ‘90s technology.
