The customer service is outstanding. I had a small issue updating my purchases when I updated, and the problem was solved promptly. The app is just perfect for voiceover work and doing video where a teleprompter is needed.SpikeDaMai

When I contacted the developer I received an answer so shockingly and stupendously useless with no real attempt to solve the problem and no further reply that I must in good conscience say “Go elsewhere, get anything else… it will be a massive improvement.”Show lessFO-Lead

I wrote to the developer a few times, but never got a reply, so trying this method. The “Smart Scroll” setting seems to be missing (at least in the English version I’m using; the non-English version shown in the screenshots does show this option).
