Missing item not resolved
I received my order 10 days ago and one of my items was missing. The only way to reach “customer service” is by email. Then wait 3 days for a reply, which basically tells you they are waiting for an answer from a team member. Still no resolution at all after 10 days. How hard is it to correct a missing item?? I even sent a video of myself opening my package since I had read a review that they are notorious for missing items and horrible customer service. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt. The owner hides behind a horrible customer service system and takes no accountability. She says not to shop with her if you’re not happy. I won’t, but that doesn’t fix the fact that not fulfilling a paid order is stealing. I found another company that sells the same wigs and products so I will be taking my business there. (Check out Ashley’s Chic Boutique.) Sooner or later this terrible customer treatment will catch up with Heather Dye wigs/Wigs for Every Woman.

I have to say, I used to watch my mom wear hair pieces and wigs all the time and never thought that I would. However, when I came across Heather’s live on Facebook and then Shannon’s , I thought to myself thinking These Wigs are something special because every one was beautiful! I Ordered Clarissa in peanut butter for my first Wig and I was immediately hooked!! The Fibers, the cut, the color and everything about these wigs are beautiful! So then I ordered more and more I am now up to 15 and love each and everyone of them!!! It’s also So nice to have great customer service as they do and they pride themselves in that. To me, that’s everything!!! So jump on board, watch their lives they have an amazing Co Stars page with friendly knowledgeable ladies that answer each and every question I am so happy to be a part of this beautiful community and will be for a very very long time!

High quality wigs
I LOVE this company!! Wigs are super high quality, luxury line has tons of “throw on and go” styles. No lace to cut, no glue, just slap it on and go. AND the customer service is truly the best I have experienced from any company. I would recommend to anyone!!

No regrets here, I’m addicted to wigs now. Heather and Sean work hard to make sure you’re a happy customer. I’m fortunate to not “have to” wear a wig, I wear mine because I want to. I now have 3 Luxury Wigs, they are soft, feel and look like real hair. Get ready for Confidence and Compliments!! Whether you order from the app or the fb lives shopping is easy. The lives are enjoyable and both Heather amd Shannon are good to respond. It’s a happy wig family when they are live!!

Good product, bad survive
My first order was great so I made a second. My order sat in processing for 2 weeks. When I reached out to customer service I was told it would be shipped the next day. After 4 days my order still had not been shipped. I had planned on wearing this wig to my brothers wedding. I’m currently going through chemotherapy and lost all my hair. So it meant a lot to try to feel my best for this event. I had placed the order nearly a month before the wedding and even paid the extra for shipping. I reached out after waiting 2 weeks and was told it would be sent 2 day air. Never received my order. I got the run around from UPS and was told it’s not their problem and to contact the sender. I was ignored and only when I said I would make complaint with the BBB did I get a nasty response. This isn’t a good way to keep customers coming back. The so call “customer service” person has an attitude and made me feel like it’s my fault they screwed up. Why wasn’t the order shipped in a timely manner? Why did I have to ask for my order to be shipped? I’m still going to file a complaint with the BBB. I’m sure if I got the wig and they didn’t get my money they’d be pretty upset. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.
