It doesn’t work and support is useless
I emailed support through the App, which attached a log file and all I got told was to get a Curve card (as required in the UK - I already have one as I’ve it working) and that if I had further problems to go to a shop.
Nope.
Not going to happen Swatch, that would cost me more than the watch and certainly more than it’s worth to have the ability to pay on my Swatch. I bought it online and I expect it to work out of the box and to continuing working.
My perception is that Swatch aren’t bothered as it’s ‘only’ an £87 watch and it’s ‘only’ £10 more for the pay function than a similar watch without pay. They’ve updated things as they’ve gone along and it means that some people, like me, now don’t have a watch with the functionality they paid for.
As far as this customer is concerned Swatch have failed massively.
