Brought the family fortunes game was instructed to download this app, and it won’t go past the start page I’ve deleted and reinstalled it’s the same

i was trying to play a fun game with my family, but no! it doesn’t even let me access the game, like what? I was stuck on the home screen for like five minutes. And then eventually we just gave up because we were stuck on the screen that said start after previous times of clicking the start button, thinking it would let me play, but it didn’t. So congratulations on ruining my family game night. Never play this if you don’t like crashing games, or if you don’t like laggy, unstable games. I don’t and I will never recommend this.

Not working
The app was working to play deal or no deal Australia and after their update, we cannot go past pressing the start button. I’ve sent an email and no one‘s responded.
Doesn’t work
Just got home with three new games and the app won’t work for any of them how lovely, also can see this has been an ongoing issue for others so clearly they don’t care once they have your money🤷🏻♂️
App not working
Recently purchased deal or no deal and after a day can no longer start the app. No new update available. Is this an error which has been reported, it has been several days now and still hasn’t been fixed. Have deleted and redownloaded several times and tried on different devices and still nothing. When the game worked it was great but if the app isn’t going to work then I’ll be returning the game.

Doesn’t even work
Horrible app, don’t get it!! I got the family feud, late late night edition and it gave me a this app to get the family feud button. When I got the app it gave me no trouble but when I had to press “play” to continue, it just wouldn’t work. I’m pressing the button (you can tell because the button would go darker when I’m pressing it and then stop when I let go) and absolutely nothing would happen. I tried deleting it and then getting it again, restarting my phone, updating it, and still nothing. It’s a waste of time!!!
