I purchased the sleep school guides to see if I could adjust my babies overnight sleeping patterns and too be honest all the guide did was set unrealistic expectations on how your baby will act, sleep and feed. As a new mum this created me to think about what the guide was recommending 24:7 and giving me anxiety as a new mum! I found my baby not sleeping as well as they did before I purchased the guide.. now I’m assuming people would say well maybe you need a consult which will cost you even more money which is probably what happens to a lot of mums who purchases the guide and it doesn’t work for them. Just do what your baby wants to do and don’t break your routine to be structured into this guide, as a new mum it will just create even more anxiety as a new mum that you don’t need! :(
