This app is frustrating. One, it takes too long to load. Two, after waiting, most of the time there is the error - ‘Something went wrong’
We have to restart again a couple of times before getting into the account.
This is a banking app. Error messages is not acceptable when dealing with money. Please get a professional app

Just registering was a nightmare
I had to download the app and start registration 9 TIMES!! The confirm pin section has a consistent bug and won’t move forward.
Please fix this issue. Old app was much better.

Bad decision
Still wondering whether it was necessary to discard the previous app. Hating the new app so much. I lost all my saved beneficiaries from the old app.
Why reinvent the wheel?
The “upgrade” to this app is not good. Not sure why they messed with something that worked perfectly well. Terrible “upgrade”. Waste of money MCB!

Not working
I love this app and use it almost everyday until it stopped working just because I’m jailbroken. Very disappointing. Being Jailbroken is my choice. Dislike this app.
Registration issues on iPhone13
Both myself and my wife are having the same issue where we complete our registration verification and setting up our PIN and then it kicks us back to the first registration screen.
We have tried to register with debit and online banking.

Biometric Login fails in iOS 15
Configuration for Biometric Login in Settings says successful but remains inactive. Please fix. Thanks. Update: Biometric Login still broken in version 4.2.0. Please fix for iPhone 6S under iOS 15. Thanks.
Latest update (30.12.2021): Fixed by removing the app and data and reinstall. At initial configuration, do not skip biometric step as otherwise it cannot be done later.
