User friendly
It’s functional but the UI can be improved.
The app works and has pretty nice features do maintain and use bank accounts with the app but it has a lot of UI UX flaws and not much user friendly.
It would’ve been nice to see more clean UI with easy to use interface.
Nevertheless it gets the jon done.

Add NFC Payment System
Add NFC payment system on your app or create a new app for NFC payment system, because apple wallet is not supported ours region that’s we can’t add our card for payment system.
Card pin while transferring is better than otp
OTP is time consuming. Using card pin just loke previous version for low value like 10k bdt would be great.

You are providing the best service but, When entering the app user password every time i login. It would have been better to arrange Face ID or fingerprint here. Each time the user has to login with the password to make the transaction. Many times the user password is wrong while logging in and repeatedly logging in with the user password is annoying

Passport Endorsement Details Add
Open one option to see the passport endorsement details, how many dollars are spend and how many dollars are remaining. It will be helpful.
