  • Does not work

Cannot get app to work. When I click schedule appointment, it tells me to update the app, but that’s not available. It then has a blank box pop up and when you x it out you’re right back where you started.
  • Waste of Time

Subscription is expensive, no educational features for free
  • Buggy; No information security

Read the agreement terms of this app. It is explicitly selling data. Also, the app is incredibly buggy and lacks customization. Trying to open the settings tab causes the app to crash. Phone number is a required field to even access the app. Wouldn’t recommend.
  • Awful

Just awful. They make you enter endless information including credit card info yhrn they tell you you have to have a referral from a primary physician in order to make an appt with an aila primary physician. If I had a PCP I wouldn’t need one you dumb F’s.
  • Can’t even setup account…

Was excited for an app I could use to track my autoimmune conditions as it has continued to worsen…but I can’t even get past my DOB when creating my profile without the app crashing every time. So now it has become completely useless because I can’t even use it. Such false hope and really disappointing when I could really use this right now. My condition is becoming extremely debilitating and this only further makes me feel hopeless.

  • Good start!

The app is very promising but there are a few bugs. When I go to the “daily update” page, the sliders for the physical activity and eating habits are blocked by text and unmovable.
  • Helpful to have everything all in one place

Brings in data from my Apple Watch and allows me to enter other important health data. Especially like the mindfulness and other videos as a paid subscriber.
  • amazing ui !!

much appreciated update—so much nicer to use!
  • Conditions not listed

Fibromyalgia isn’t a choice for conditions. Fatigue isn’t listed under symptoms. Those are pretty common. Useless app.

Burnin'blackandblue- Thanks so much for your note and letting us know you were having an issue with the symptoms and conditions populating in the search. We found the glitch and it should be fixed in the next release out in a couple days. We built this app specifically for people with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, Long Covid, and other autoimmune conditions, so we definitely have those conditions and symptoms in our databases. After interviewing over 100 chronic illness patients, we tried to design a platform that puts all of a patient's health information in one place and makes it easier to manage all of your conditions in one app. I am sorry you had this experience while trying us out and hope you will give us another try in few days after the update. I am happy to connect with you personally for a call to get your feedback on the app in general. Thanks again for alerting us to this issue. Take care.
  • Promising, but missing conditions?

This app is exactly what I was looking for—a serious app focused on rare/chronic conditions, that integrates both with an EMR and Apple Health/wellness trackers. They look relatively new but legit so I decided to sign up & share my data as a way to support & hopefully track what I need. Ran into issues right off the bat when they ask you to enter both diagnosed & suspected rare conditions you might have—neither of mine showed up in their database—so I couldn’t proceed. Hope they get some of these bugs worked out because it is a perfectly-envisioned tool. They are on to something. Good luck!
