  • Frustrating First Experience

    When using the app for the first time, my use case was to schedule my first session.

    I couldn’t actually do so, as the time zone would not change to what I would select from the dropdown. I then tested the rest of the fields and found the interaction with the hour and minute for start time was very cumbersome.

    When you were scrolling for the right hour and minutes, if you were not fast enough it would auto select where it stops at. You would constantly have to retap either the hour field or the minute field to keep scrolling to what you wanted.

    Because of this issue, I just didn’t bother and stopped using the app for now. Since scheduling from the website on Safari is also not successful (can’t see the action button to complete scheduling from mobile), I am forced to only do it from PC/Laptop.
