  • Hopeless

App is unstable and crashes before you have enough time to load your own workout. The functionality is basic.
Other than the virtual events, it is a glorified display.
It is annoying. With some attention from the developer it could be a useful program but without greater stability there is no way to create a workout - rendering the treadmill to be a very inferior product.

  • App is junk

Can’t do more than 5 minutes on a time workout without the app giving up and then saying I cannot reconnect because I am still in a workout. Complete junk. Please hire a real developer not a fly by night software company.
  • Stopped connecting to treadmill

The app stopped connecting to treadmill since last update.
  • Can login

Will not accept my email because it has numbers in it
  • Getting better, but still not good

I accidentally deleted my original review. They’ve fixed some things- HRM connectivity and adding popular run distances, but the most infuriating remains. I’d like to use Sprint 8, but as it stands, it’s so bad. The warm up is set at .5 miles per hour. .5. Try to do that for 3 minutes. The slow portion of the intervals is 2 mph. That’s ludicrous and does nothing to help. Sure, you can dial the speed to compensate, but that gets super annoying. If these two speed could be user selected, this app would decent. As it stands, it is 1 star at best.

  • Great App

Easy to use and connects with most Horizon and Matrix Home products. Gives you additional virtual workouts which is why I downloaded!
  • Could be a lot more useful & versatile

I would love it if the summary page at the end of the workout showed average watts. I bought the horizon 7.01C because I thought it showed watts on the display but it doesn’t. It would be great if you offered more workouts like the Wattbike hub app. I’m not interested in spin classes & Im not a cyclist. I’m using the bike to improve my VO2 & the workouts offered by the app do not suit me. Finally why can’t I use the interval program with the app? It only connects with time, distance & calories programs

  • App does not work

I’ve been trying to use the app in order to integrate my work outs with my Apple Watch and strava. It sits at 0 seconds the whole time and then deletes the second you’re done. It’s essentially non functional and it’s incredibly frustrating after the treadmill was advertised as being able to connect to 3rd party services.

  • This needs a lot of work

I’ll start off with the worst and go to annoyances. First off, a heart rate monitor will pair with the app and show HR and it is supposed to send the data to the console, in my case a treadmill. It doesn’t. It just sits there with a 00 staring at me. The manual goes into this long statement about how you must use Bluetooth 4.0 and have two way comm. I tried their HRM and a few of my own. That makes this pretty unusable.

Now let’s get into the app. If you select imperial, you’ll get pounds and miles. However, when you try to do a manual run, it’s only miles and not tenths. So the most popular race there is, a 5k, isn’t represented. If you switch to metric, it’s there but now you are in kpm vs mph.

Finally, there is no separate walk instead of a run in manually setting it up. So when it shares data to other apps, everything is a run.

These are tiny things that make this app unusable. If they can fix this, this would be a 5 star app. As of now, it’s 1.

  • App doesn’t work with GR7

App doesn’t work with GR7. It doesn’t connect to the bike. Requested help multiple times. Nothing worked.
