Answer for 5 consecutive days 8 short questions at the end of your working day to evaluate your energy and wellbeing. On Day 5 get a detailed overview of your wellbeing. Set personalised challenges to reduce your stress and explore strategies that could help. If necessary, schedule another quiz in a month to track your progress.
