Horrible UI
Wow! Just joined today and I am shocked at how horrible the user interface is 🙌🏼 I expected way more from Mark Cuban. I came here just for Tyler Henry Collective and I’ll hang in there for the one month subscription I paid for, just to catch what Tyler offers, but navigating or trying to figure out what’s happening in the app lasts about a 5 minutes before I shut it down out of frustration.Show lessLifeisBliss

Constant notifications for things I would never want to see or hear and no way to turn those off without turning the ones that I want off. Not good.MellowMe2

If ever you decide you don’t want to continue with your Fireside subscription, good luck. Not only is it unbelievably hard to find out where and how to do so, but once you submit a request, you aren’t contacted by the support team as promised. Your subscription actually isn’t cancelled and you will be charged the subscription account over and over! Simply put, I should be able to cancel and stop payment on a subscription if I choose for an app that claims you don’t have to sign up for a certain amount of time. I have made at least 3 attempts to cancel my Fireside subscription to Tyler Henry and have not been granted cancellation. In fact, the continued attempts to charge my account have resulted in bank fees to me. Beware of these practices.Show lessMJO2024

Under the initial program, I was fortunate enough to have a program to amplify and empower the voice of people with disabilities. As a change to a subscription program, they canceled any of our programs. I have written more than half a dozen times asking to reinstate my ability to create programming that truly empowers people of all abilities. All of my messages and attempt to reach customer service have gone unanswered. Moreover, I have on several occasions applied through their new application program for launching a network and again all attempts to communication have gone unanswered.
This program initially provided great opportunities to a diverse group of people. As they change it to subscription program this equal opportunity, seems to have disappeared and been replaced with a select group of people, many of whom were already established in the production communities.
The lack of customer support and response to inquiries is unacceptable. Moreover the transition from creators to money generators is truly disappointing. Not to mention limited representation.Show less@craftsonwheels
Not voiceover friendly
The interface for the app has buttons that are unlabeled and it’s not always clear what they do by topping them. In some cases, especially during the live session, a screen reader user won’t want to mess around with experimenting with buttons that aren’t labeled. So it’s really important to get those buttons labeled not just for the live and replay interfaces, but for the app interface generally. A lot of times, I hear an indicator that lets me know there is a button or something to tap on, but I don’t hear what it is and voiceover doesn’t seem able to entirely guess what it is. so, in essence, please label your buttons.Show lessLoneJedi
Fireside Magic!
I tell everyone who will listen to me how great this app is! The live sessions with Tyler Henry are quite intimate and truly engaging. The opportunity for anyone to join in, turn on their camera, and participate directly with Tyler transforms the typical viewing session into an interactive and dynamic experience. I wrote a review specifically outlining the previously accessible program that allowed many creators access to this platform and the impact of their changes this year. These “new” changes have removed creators, replacing us with a “gatekeeper” process for selective creators. Although their site allows people to apply for access, I personally have not received any responses to applications or messages sent to their support services. Not only are they not providing representation for underserved communities but they have made access significantly limited by having individual subscription based access for each creator.Show lessNo longer available for laptop
