Inadequate
Very jumbled and hard to navigate…counter-intuitive. No apparent way to choose between one contributor’s content and it automatically scrolls to other contributors. An absolute mess. I thought it would provide more depth interaction with contributors but it’s actually a superficial waste of time.VistaDexter
Horrible support
I joined for Tyler Henry but could only afford 1 month. Then because of my health I missed his live reading. Since I have been trying to cancel so I don’t get charged for any more and there is No Where to cancel. I have written 3 emails asking for help to tell me how to cancel and No response. They sure make it easy for you to join but not to get out of it.

Tyler Henry is too good for theirs app
There is no help on this app. My email address's say they are already in use because no one on the admin side will erase them so that I can try to sign up again . Had to withdraw my initial membership because I was never able to log in. Tyler Henry Collective is so much more than this app with no one with any sense of urgency or motivation is attending to. Have asked numerous times for someone to clear my emails , no one running this thing cares.Show lessjunta92

Extremely Slow performance
The app takes very long to get working. I’ve tried different wifi connections, 5G, it seems to be the app. The video is slow and the mobile version is not very user friendlyClaudsPeru
Need help canceling membership
How does a person cancel membership to Fireside Chat inc. Without spending another dime, without downloading an app, without providing a contact number which am prompted to do, but I will not sign in as it is phishing for more money and personal information. Please help!saikuzwoman
Super Glitchy
I’ve tried using this on both an iPad and iPhone, and the video in particular often doesn’t work, and there doesn’t appear to be much in the way of support that I’ve been able to find. As someone who has subscribed it’s super disappointing.sjmpls
Alerts and invites are too much
I don’t want 22 + invites or alerts a day for fireside chats I have zero interest in. I just want what I signed up for to participate and listen to. Why can’t I block all these others I don’t want? If I had not already paid for the collective I would have deleted this app by now. It’s making me crazy.Show lessdkbs23
Keeps crashing

This Is A Dead End.
Don’t be fooled- there’s no “podcasters” here. It’s laughable to see the names of (d-list) celebrities here, as if they’d lend themselves to this platform. If yo can call it that. Firstly, upon making an account, you are walled in- unable to participate. You can pick a username, sure. But when the lone person of the day goes live, you can all but listen and not participate. Want to participate? Or even have a live conversation? Read on! You can’t. In order to have anything to do with anything on this app, you have to fill out a Google form with all of your Social Media handles. And by anything I mean ANYTHING. And it’s the same google form. For everything. Unless you are a corpse, this app is a waste of living. And it’s trying to lure strong social media personalities in order to be The Next Big Social Audio Thing. Don’t worry, Fireside. I did some deep digging and you do have some gold. When I’m bored some day I’ll write all about you, and we’ll all have a good laugh.Show lessIts That End User Again
