Thanks for the review. What should we improve so that you would rate it as 5 stars?This App is so easy to use and the noise cancellation in both directional and omnidirectional is quite effective. Have also used as TV listening device and it is very effective, especially in the Omni mode. Looking forward to learning about introduction of remote mics.

Great to hear that you find it helpful. Thanks for the review!So the app itself I’m assuming must work well I don’t know however about the developers. I downloaded the trial version and then canceled before the time was up. However I have been being charged once on the 26th and then again on the 23rd for 1499 which caused my bank to overdraft for a subscription that I canceled during a free trial. I have emailed them two different times with the subscription being canceled however I was charged 1499 two times in less than a 30 day. I haven’t checked my bank as I am afraid to check that I was charged once again but I’ll be doing that tonight nobody has reached out to me and I cannot seem to fix this problem so beware if you try the trial or subscribed you may be stillBeing charged even after unsubscribing or canceling

We have tried to reach you a couple of times, but the email bounced back. I think there is a problem with the address that was provided. Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. You are never automatically subscribed, you have to explicitly request a subscription. You can cancel at any time. You do this through the App Store. If you want to reach out to us again, please send mail to support@singularhearing.com.…the delay over Bluetooth makes normal conversation quite challenging. Add the fact that the app picks up my own voice whether in directional mode or not, and normal conversation becomes impossible.

Glad you find the app helpful.I love this app I just started using it about 2 weeks ago and I wish I had this a long time ago cause since I’ve been using this app my deer hunting has been better than it ever has I can hear the deer coming from a long way and I’m able to be ready for them before they get right up on me so I don’t scare them off by moving around back before I started using heard that app I was scaring a lot of deer off because I never heard them now I’m the best hunter I’ve ever been thanks for making this product available to me and I’ve told a lot of my friends about this app and they love it to
