So I literally never write reviews for apps or anything in general, but this app is truly so so so amazing. You can track your water intake, nutrition (including calories, carbs, fats, and sugar intake), steps, and calories burnt throughout the day. You can also put in your personal weight and height and your fitness goals, which comes with a plan to achieve that goal within a time frame. ALL FOR FREE. literally no subscription or charge or anything for any of that!!! There is a premium option with nice added features, but it’s not required to get and not needed if you just want the basics I listed. Plus, the app is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye and organized. Very easy to navigate. I love this app so much bc it’s everything you need all in one place, for free. 100/10 recommend this app.
